Because our products are print-on-demand (custom-made specifically for your order), we do not offer returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, with a printing defect, or if you receive the wrong item, we will happily provide a free replacement or a full refund.

2. Clear photos of the damaged or defective area of the product.

Refund Processing
Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
